Most of us live with limited access to this innate gift.
Learn how we can ignite it, move it, nurture it, love it and protect it so that we can live with the same embodiment as the great yogis and enlightened masters.
In this class, we will do a combination of learning and discussion, gentle moving meditations while seated or laying down, and you will be receiving healings and transmissions as a group.
Please wear something comfortable, but also wear something that supports you in feeling the sacred.
